World Book Day – Premier League Takeover Quiz
In aid of World Book Day, students today took part in a live Premier League Takeover Quiz.
The 30-minute quiz featured two rounds of questions (one football-themed, one reading-themed) and was pitched by a series of footballing heroes and writer pals, including Tottenham and England international Eric Dier and Liverpool Superstar Taylor Hinds.
The quiz hosted by top sports presenters, gave our students the chance to participate live, win prizes and generally have a ball.
A massive congratulations to Zia Rehman, Jack Avery-Briggs, Kayne Ketch and Jaskirat Bhakar who top scored with 18 out 20.
Jayden Siziba and Tremaine Anderson who both represent the Year 7 school football team said “they enjoyed the opportunity to bring their love for football into the classroom”.
