Successful Sixth Form Induction As Students Win Star Prizes

Prizes were handed out for the best teams as students marked the end of their sixth form induction.

More than 100 youngsters, who will be joining Central Sixth in September, headed to the University of Wolverhampton on Friday for a day of activities.

It was the culmination of a week-long induction, where pupils had the chance to experience life as a Central Sixth student and attend taster lessons in their chosen subjects.

For the final day of induction, students got to experience life at university with lectures and challenges at the University of Wolverhampton’s Business School.

Prizes were awarded for the best team from each of the three schools in Central Sixth.

Central Sixth is a joint venture between Moseley Park, Heath Park and Coppice, which offers a wide range of subjects, as well as a large number of enrichment opportunities. Students often have lessons at more than one site but they have a designated ‘base school’ where they are registered and have tutorial.
