Students Explore Different Pathways in National Careers Week
Throughout National Careers Week, all students explored the different pathways and Careers available to them linked to local Labour market information.
As well as identifying their own skills and weaknesses, students used Start Profile to link potential careers to their interests, hobbies and subjects. Apprenticeships were explored to expand student knowledge around the different levels on offer and the benefits of this pathway.
To complete the week Year 7 participated in a ‘Meet the real Apprentice’ assembly. Amy – a highly successful Apprentice from Liberty’s – shared her experience and why an Apprenticeship was the best choice for her.
