Spotlight on Careers
The Spotlight on Careers series shines a light on skills for today and tomorrow. In a new 45-minute format, available on demand, these four inspirational episodes help students future-proof their careers and educators to provide accessible and inspiring careers advice which meets Gatsby Benchmarks 2, 4, 5 and 7.
All episodes are completely free to watch, and anyone can register – including teachers, students and parents.
During each instalment:
- We talk to young roles models who have taken up roles in a specific industry
- Learners will have the opportunity to meet an industry challenge by taking part in a classroom-based interactive problem-solving exercise.
- Each episode will conclude with expert advice from employers and education providers, who discuss job roles and the best route into the industry via college or work experience, examining T-Levels, HTQs and apprenticeship options, where appropriate.
