Show Goes On As Pupils Prove Moseley Park Has Talent
Plucky youngsters refused to let pandemic restrictions get in the way as they proved once and for all that Moseley Park Has Talent.
More than 20 students from across the school competed to win the annual talent crown – even though this year’s live show was cancelled due to coronavirus restrictions.
Youngsters refused to be defeated and instead produced recorded entries throughout June, which were judged last week by a crack panel of experts – Mr Mincher, Mrs Gore, Mrs Spencer-Wood and Mr O’Keeffe.
The top five awards went to;
1st Place = Thomas Underhill
2nd Place = Ethan Shaw
3rrd Place = Alfie Cherrington
4th Place = Penny Wilkes
5th Place = Lauren Ward and Joseph Munroe Dinham
Mrs Russell said: “Thank you to the judges for their sterling efforts and congratulations to all the pupils who took part – showing excellent talent and amazing confidence. It was a real joy, despite being under lockdown this year. Hopefully next year we can do the live shows again. Well done everyone – it was a great event.”
