Two of Moseley Park’s Mental Health Ambassadors are talking to the school about this year’s Mental Health awareness theme which is “Anxiety.” The girls talk about what anxiety is, how to identify anxiety and some tips to help anyone feeling anxious. A huge well done to you both.
