Free School Meals
‘You may be able to claim benefits-related Free School Meals (FSM) for your child(ren) if you meet the Government’s eligibility criteria.
If you aren’t sure if your child has an FSM claim in place or is eligible to claim then please call Moseley Park Academy on 01902 553901.
We will collect the following information:
-Your full name
-Date of birth
– National Insurance (NI) number or National Asylum Support Service (NASS) reference number;
And we will liaise with the City of Wolverhampton Council to confirm your eligibility.
If your child already has an FSM claim in place, please do not apply again.
