Moseley Park’s young basketballers are celebrating after beating the competition to represent the Black Country at regional level.
The Under-14 boys’ team lifted the trophy at the Black Country School Games basketball finals.
The team – Nijahe Palmer, Kiitan Adeyeni, Sean Mungure, Alex Groucutt, Jay Beasley, Darnell Boddie, Darnell Harrison, Chrishawn Coleman – triumphed in the group games before beating tough competition in the final to take the crown.
Mr Morgan, who took the boys to the finals, said: “Following a round robin of group games, and winning the first two, the team faced strong opposition in Perryfields in the final.
